Hubungan antara Durasi Hemodialisis dengan Kejadian Hipotensi Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronis

Latar Belakang: Terapi hemodialisis merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal. Pasien diberikan dosis hemodialisis berdasarkan perhitungan adekuasi yang menentukan lama waktu pasien menjalani hemodialisis setiap sesinya. Kelebihan atau kekurangan durasi yang sesuai dosis yang ditentukan dapat menyebabkan perubahan status kesehatan seperti masalah hipotensi. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dari durasi hemodialisis dengan kejadian hipotensi pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kasus-kontrol. Sebanyak 36 sampel data rekam medis yang dipilih secara purposive. Data yang dipilih berupa data pengukuran tekanan darah salama menjalani hemodialisis yang telah diukur setiap jamnya. Data dikumpulkan dan dilakukan analisis statistic menggunakan uji kai kuadrat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menemukan 50 Persen pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis mengalami hipotensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara durasi hemodialisis dengan status hemodinamik pasien gagal ginjal kronis (p Lebih besar 0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara durasi hemodialisis dengan kejadian hipotensi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis.References
