Gambaran Spiritual Well Being dan Psychological Well Being Pasien Hemodialisis

Latar Belakang: Pasien hemodialisis menghadapi tantangan yang memengaruhi spiritual well-being dan psychological well-being mereka, yang berperan penting dalam kualitas hidup. Tujuan: Menggambarkan spiritual well-being dan psychological well-being pasien hemodialisis Metode: Studi deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 90 responden, menggunakan kuesioner (FACIT-Sp-12) dan kuesioner Psychological Well-Being (PWB) yang telah dialih bahasa oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian ini yaitu Pasien berusia 18 tahun ke atas, Telah menjalani hemodialisis minimal selama 3 bulan, Menjalani perawatan hemodialisis secara rutin 2x/ seminggu. Hasil: Mayoritas responden perempuan (54.4%), usia 46-55 tahun (33.3%), ibu rumah tangga (40.0%), menikah (83.3%), dan tinggal >10 km dari unit hemodialisis (61.1%). Sebanyak 78.9% memiliki spiritual well-being sedang, sedangkan 97.8% memiliki psychological well-being tinggi. Kesimpulan: Psychological well-being pasien tergolong tinggi, sementara spiritual well-being mayoritas dalam kategori sedang. Faktor pekerjaan, jarak rumah, dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan.
