Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive condition that leads to a permanent decline in kidney function. The primary treatment for CKD patients is hemodialysis; however, this procedure has the potential to impact their quality of life. Physical activity plays a significant role in supporting the improvement of quality of life among patients undergoing hemodialysis. Unfortunately, many of them face physical limitations and experience fatigue, which ultimately results in low levels of physical activity. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of physical activity and quality of life among CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Sentra Medika Hospital Cikarang. Methods: Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, this study involved 65 participants selected through accidental sampling. Respondents filled out the IPAQ and KDQOL questionnaires to measure the variables studied. The collected data were analyzed using the Chi-square test to determine the relationship between physical activity and quality of life. Results: The majority of participants in this study exhibited light to moderate levels of physical activity. Statistical analysis revealed a significant association between physical activity levels and patients’ quality of life, with a p-value of 0.000. A better quality of life tended to be found among patients who engaged in higher-intensity physical activity. Conclusion: The quality of life of hemodialysis patients can be improved through the significant role of physical activity. Therefore, educational efforts and appropriate interventions should be provided to encourage patients to remain physically active in order to support their overall well-being
