Background: The urgency of the research is based on the high prevalence of children with stunting in NTB, which is even ranked fourth nationally. In addition to causing growth disorders, stunting causes decreased cognitive, motoric, and work performance abilities. The early detection process is very important to prevent stunting induced by non-compliance with nutritional guidelines. The main problem in the detection and intervention of weight faltering lies in the complexity of recognizing and implementing appropriate interventions, resulting in a slow response to nutritional problems in children. The limitations of the monitoring system encourage the need for a telehealth-based nursing approach in weight faltering management. Objective: This study aims to develop a telehealth model in the management of weight faltering detection and intervention to reduce the risk of stunting. Method: This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method, namely a systematic approach to nursing approaches through telehealth to produce website design products in Weight Faltering Detection Intervention Management. Results: The results of statistical tests show that the majority of respondents showed SUS results with an acceptable category of 77.6%. Conclusion: The website https://tumbuhkembang.id can be used as a telehealth model in the management of weight faltering detection and intervention to reduce the risk of stunting.
